    Your public record is born

    The moment you register, the registry issues your THB number, seals the date and time in UTC and computes a SHA-256 fingerprint of your record. From that instant none of the three can be altered — not even by us.

    Your record lives at a public URL. Link it from your profile, your website or your video descriptions, so anyone can check in one click who stands behind your avatar. Machines can check too: every record is readable through a free public API.

  4. Step 4 · From September

    Verify — and turn the seal gold

    Verification confirms that a real human stands behind the record, through an identity check carried out by Stripe Identity. We never store your ID document. Your number, date and hash stay exactly as they were — the seal turns gold.

Independent and voluntary

The Human Behind is not an official EU registry, and registering does not by itself fulfil legal obligations. The European AI Act demands transparency from those who publish AI-made content; this registry is where you put on record who answers for it.

Common questions

How much does it cost?

Registering is free during July and August. Verification, from September, will cost a few euros — essentially the cost of the identity check.

Is my email shown anywhere?

Never. Your public record shows the responsible person's name — never contact details, and never through the API either.

Can I change my record later?

The registered snapshot — the fields covered by the fingerprint — is immutable: that is exactly what makes it proof.
